The Dance of the Pentialogue: A Gentle Change
This work examines a liminal space within a surreal yet tangible setting—a street intersection. In the quiet stillness of early morning, as the city slowly awakens, two protagonists reunite in the calm of a public space, where they can communicate earnestly and simply exist, free from the weight of past conflicts and societal expectations.
Their dialogue is mediated by a mute translator—an enigmatic presence who bridges their emotional and perceptual realities by translating their spoken words and emotions into loose iconography through gesture and wet paint. This visceral, abstracted visual language compels the protagonists to express their truths with greater rawness, freedom, and honesty.
This work explores multiple realities, unseen forces, and moments of quiet revelation. This transient yet transformative interaction is depicted through five distinct perspectives of the same scene, mirroring how our perception of reality is constantly negotiated, as different viewpoints coexist and co-create.
